It Must Be A Sign!
With Game 1 of the NLCS just hours away, I fetched my mail from the mailbox and flipped through my newly arrived issue of Rolling Stone. This photo caught my eye:

He’s wearing a Phillies shirt!
And then I read the caption – the photo was taken in San Francisco!
I’m not really a fan of the Kings of Leon, and the picture is from 2003, but I’d like to think of it as a happy coincidence. An omen, if you will, that the Phillies will prevail!

Wow. I’d take that as an omen too, since I look for omens everywhere. Should be an incredible game for your guys tonight. What a pitching matchup! I think every baseball fan, regardless of rooting interest, will be watching.

Sue,
Even wilder is the fact the KIngs of Leon are out of Franklin, Tennessee. Guess the boys from the Smoky Mountains follow the National Pasttime, and hopefully they have some good karma within them.
Surely thought Doc might have a time trying to slice and dice the G-men, but never thought the Freak would also puish a bushel of Red Man into his mouth with a Television camera on him.
Thi is going to be a cultures hock series.
